Our dreams are unique. Some of us are working towards them, some of us have forgotten what they are or given up on achieving them. Sometimes on the road to reaching our dreams, we all need that extra push or person on the sidelines cheering us on. This is where I can help. I coach people with discovering, reigniting or fueling their dreams! I specialize in one to one personal coaching.

1) What is coaching?

Coaching is a way to support you in achieving your goals. It is action orientated and you will leave each session with goals to complete by the next session.

2) Can I have a free consultation to see what it is like?

Absolutely. I offer a free consultation so we can talk and answer any further questions you may have.

3) What happens in a session?
To start with we look at what you want to achieve through coaching. I have a series of exercises I ask clients to complete before the first session, to really focus and get clear on what they would like to achieve. Each session lasts up to an hour. You call me (or we can meet face to face if you live locally to me).

Each session will be a focused, insightful conversation that will move you towards your goal(s) and remove any obstacles to achieving your goals. The sessions are fun, challenging and will help you to look at things in a new way. Sometimes we will look at practical things that you can do to achieve your goals, at other times we may look at identifying and changing limiting beliefs or mindsets that may be holding you back, without you realizing. My role as your coach is to listen, reflect back and have you question what you need to do to achieve your goals. It is very much a partnership. I don’t tell you to do anything or give you advice. I help you to find what is best for you – after all, you are your own best expert!
